How are the signs mounted?
All of our signs come pre-drilled (where applicable) and supplied with the necessary fixings for your choice of sign material. Also included in the fixing kit are screws & raw plugs, aluminium plaque supports (acrylic signs only), fixing template and fitting instructions.

Slate sign customers please note that all slate signs come pre-drilled with countersunk holes and fixing screws with chrome screw-on caps. Should you wish to have your sign supplied without holes then please mention this in the ‘Comments’ box on the ‘Your Basket’ page.

I don’t live in the UK – can I still purchase a sign?
Of course – we dispatch many orders to both Europe and the USA via a secure courier service and have found that in general the delivery time to be in the region of only 2-3 days. Please ensure that you select the ‘Overseas’ delivery option in the checkout area.  Unfortunately we have to add an slight charge to cover the extra delivery costs. We should stress that any inbound duties or taxes are payable by you the customer.

How do I clean my sign?
Should your sign become a little grubby then simply rub over with soapy warm water. Do not use any form of chemical on it as this could potentially damage it.

Are they weatherproof?
All signs are tough, durable and totally weatherproof and will stand up to the elements for many years.

What if I am not happy with my plaque?
If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied with your sign then please return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. Unfortunately we are not able to make refunds on personalised signs. All signs sent back to us must be sent via recorded delivery; we cannot accept responsibility for lost signs returned back to us. All damages incurred to your plaque during transit must be reported to us within 3 days.

What guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee all our signs for 12 months upon receipt of your order. Because we only use quality materials your plaque will in fact last for many more years without problems.

I can't find the plaque I want?
We can produce the signs to any size, shape or colour. Please contact us for a free no obligation quotation.

How can I pay?
There are 4 ways of paying. On the internet By telephone using your credit card (0845 450 2522) by fax (0845 450 2522) or by post.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed we aim to manufacture and despatch your sign to you asap. Our usual turn around time from us receiving you order to you signing for it is just under a week, although many of our orders are received within 48 hours.
